Experiencing a major injury can have a significant impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing. The Wellbeing Group provides information, strategies, and support for people who have had a major injury. The group is open to everyone who’s had an injury which was classed as a “major trauma” and has come through the North of Scotland Major Trauma pathway.
